Gold Refining Recovery
Our gold refining recovery business provides an economical and environmentally friendly precious metal recovery service. We receive scrap and separate the pure gold from the other precious metals and waste materials. Our gold refining recovery uses precious metal scrap such as placer gold, dental gold scrap and gold metal foil that we weigh and then smelter. A sample is removed for assaying, which is the process of measuring the gold content. At our gold refining recovery labs assaying is critical for assuring customers who send gold scraps to us that we fairly compensate them. For maximum accuracy, we use the Fire Assay and Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometry methods. The X-ray fluorescence method may also be used as needed by our gold refining recovery lab staff.
