- This is a highly successful, one of a kind, pretreatment for Classic Black Sands
that has been developed at Advanced Analytical in conjunction with collaborative
scientists, which removes the black coating (Fe, Fe2O3 and others) from black sands
and for the first time in history allows for easy recovery of Gold and the PGM's.
This is a process that can be licensed from us but pre-testing to insure applicability
to your ore is a prerequisite. The approximate price of the License and equipment
is $400,000 US plus a smelter net and surety bond. We have documented examples that
Demasking has increased the recovery on some ore upwards of 400 times.

- Direct Fire Capable Process-Volcanic Cinder
- DFC Process is a unique process, which liberates and allows for easy furnace
recovery from cinder ores, which have demonstrated the presents of Noble Metals,
and also the predictable difficulties natural extraction from the volcanic cinder.
As with the Demasking Process this process is available for licensing after pre-testing
and prove up. If successful the process will typically allow recovery from somewhat
standard tilt and induction furnaces.

Our public profile is intentionally low and we have a policy of high security and limited personal visitations to our facilities.

commercial extractability and the extent to which "metals in hand" can be obtained;
often used to indicate to potential investors and extractability. Includes 7

- This Phase II has been developed from observing many clients and the myriad of "bunny trail" approach
they have used to determine many of the essential elements necessary to arrive at
a recovery circuit. We have instead brought order and decorum to a often chaotic
series of events, addressing critical phases like particle size, innovative pretreatments,
which concentrator might work on a particular ore, not to mention applying one's
ore to highly successful platinum (PGM) leaches and fluxes, to provide a solid foundation
as to which provides the highest yield. Due to widely varying complexity of ores and our complete lack of knowledge about any given ore before we begin the research, we do not guarantee any particular yield or percentage of recovery, but work upon our best efforts.
- Advanced Analytical Phase II is highly ordered, highly sequenced and very proprietary.
Advanced Analytical has obtained some of the finest and most productive formulas
and extraction consultants available anywhere. Again, no specific yield is guaranteed on a Phase II. Phase II only suggests through circuit segment testing, which components might work on a given ore. The result is not a full engineered processing circuit. Our componentry (recommended) needs to be submitted to a mining engineer firm to engineer flow rates, water injection, pulp ratio and movement of these components through the circuit as well as interval sequencing.
